MZ Fit Club is built on over 15 years of professional experience in fitness, movement, and performance.
Founded by a PhD-educated coach with international certifications, MZ Fit Club combines science-based training with real-world coaching experience. After owning and operating multiple fitness clubs in Iran, the founder moved to Canada and recognized a clear gap in Edmonton’s fitness space — training that respects the body while delivering real, lasting results.
Through EMS training, functional fitness, and conditioning, we help you train with purpose, move with confidence, and build strength that lasts.
